Directions
Add to a high speed blender or food processor rolled oats, salt and water. Blend on high until oats have become flour and oatmeal tortilla batter is smooth.
In a greased hot skillet, pour a couple tablespoons of the batter each and cook oatmeal tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned, about 1 minute on each side. Serve warm.
