  1. 5 stars
This was absolutely delicious. I fully expected to eat a slice, be disappointed and throw the rest away, but my child ate all of the remaining pizza before I could even get a second slice. I was glad they loved it but I wanted more.

I followed the recipe, except I added 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of each of the following: homemade Italian herb blend, onion powder, and garlic powder. I used leftover homemade sauce I needed to use up, along with sliced cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and sautรฉed mushrooms that were all a bit past their prime. Delicious.
