In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas, then add the oats. With the help of a spatula or fork, stir the mixture into a dough. Based on the size and ripeness of the bananas, you may need to adjust with more oats if the dough is too wet or with a bit of milk if it is too dry.

Scoop out onto the lined baking tray about 8 to 10 dough balls, then flatten into cookies. Optionally, top with chocolate chips. Bake in hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Storage information
