Notes

How to make whipped cottage cheese with a high speed blender?

Add cottage cheese to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. The process is very similar to the recipe for whipped cottage cheese in a food processor, with the difference that, while blending, you may need to scrape down the sides a couple of times more.

How to make whipped cottage cheese with an immersion blender?

Add cottage cheese to a tall, narrow bowl or to a tall, narrow container and mix with the immersion blender at maximum speed. You may need to blend it for more time than in a food processor.
