Vanilla Whey Protein French Toast Bites with Vanilla Protein Dip

These vanilla whey protein French toast bites are the macro friendly breakfast that you have always wanted. This easy recipe is made with whey protein powder, egg and egg whites for a total of 36 grams of protein.
1/2 to 1tbspsweetener of choice (erythritol, to taste)
pinch salt
Protein Vanilla Dip
80grams (1/3 cup)0% Greek yogurt
15grams (2 tbsp)vanilla whey protein powder
milk of choice (to thin)
Dice bread into cubes.
In a medium bowl whisk together one egg, 1 egg white, milk of choice, vanilla protein powder, sweetener of choice and pinch salt.
Dip pieces of bread into the mixture and cover completely.
Heat up a midsize skillet over medium high and grease with cooking spray. Cook protein French toast bites for a couple of minutes on both sides. As an alternative you can air fry your whey protein French toast bites in hot air fryer at 180 Cº (360 Fº) for 5 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Add French toast protein bites to a plate and serve with some fruit if desired.

In a mini bowl stir together Greek yogurt with vanilla whey protein and little milk of choice to consistency.
Dip protein toast bites in vanilla yogurt mixture.
