This protein banana crumble with oats is a healthy way to use up your ripe bananas. Made from oatmeal, this banana crumble is vegan, nourishing and free from added sugars. The perfect healthy treat!

  • 1 ripe banana (medium size)
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (see notes*)
  • 10 grams (2 tsp) nut butter (I use almond butter)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20 grams (3 tbsp) rolled oats
  • 20 grams (3 tbsp) deoiled almond flour (or oat flour)
  • 10 grams (2 tsp) granulated sweetener of choice
  • pinch salt
  • 5 grams (1 tsp) coconut oil or butter (melted)
  • 20 ml (1 1/2 tbsp) milk of choice
  • Heat oven to 180 Cº (350 Fº).
  • In a bowl mash banana and combine with protein powder, nut butter and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl combine oats, almond flour, granulated sweetener of choice, pinch salt and melted coconut oil (or butter). Pour in milk and mix to get a crumbly dough.
  • Transfer banana mixture to a mini ramekin and top with the oat crumble.
  • Bake in hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes or air fry for 8 to 12 minutes.
