Keto Microwave Bread without Yeast

- 30 grams (1/3 cup) almond flour, defatted (or flour, see notes*)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
In a medium bowl stir together almond flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg, olive oil and stir until all is well combined.
Transfer keto bread dough to a greased ramekin (9 cm or 3.5 inches diameter) and microwave for 60 seconds to 90 seconds.
- You can replace almond flour with all purposes flour, but the bread won't be keto anymore.
