Greek Yogurt Chocolate Pudding

- 180 grams (3/4 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 to 2 tbsp sweetener (erythritol) or maple syrup
- 15 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (sugar-free)
In a bowl combine Greek yogurt with sweetener, cocoa powder and pinch salt. Stir to combine until smooth and creamy (depending on Greek yogurt texture, you may need a splash of milk to fix the consistency of the pudding).
Serve with chocolate chips on top or keep refrigerated until eating.
- Optional additional ingredients: 1 tsp vanilla extract, hint of coffee powder or a pinch of cinnamon.
