  • 1 to 2 tbsp sweetener (erythritol) or maple syrup
  • 15 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips (sugar-free)
  • In a bowl combine Greek yogurt with sweetener, cocoa powder and pinch salt. Stir to combine until smooth and creamy (depending on Greek yogurt texture, you may need a splash of milk to fix the consistency of the pudding).
  • Serve with chocolate chips on top or keep refrigerated until eating.
