Taste and adjust with more honey, if necessary.
Transfer the Greek yogurt mixture to a loaf pan or dish lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula or spoon, smooth it out evenly.
Top with sliced strawberries or your favorite toppings.
Cover the pan with a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent freezer burns. Freeze for 2 hours, then remove from the freezer and let it on the counter for 10 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to slice into even bars. Wrap each piece individually with parchment paper, then place in zipper bags.
Freeze yogurt bars for up to 3 months. Before serving, remove the desired amount from the freezer and let thaw for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Success Tips
- Use full fat Greek yogurt. Nonfat Greek yogurt gets icy and freezer burns may form.
- Use a thick Greek yogurt, or the bars won't set.
- Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup or honey to your likings.
- Customize the yogurt bars with your favorite mix-ins like berries, sliced banana, chocolate chips, or peanut butter.
Storage Directions
- After slicing, wrap the bars individually in parchment paper. Place in zipper bags or into an airtight freezer safe container and freeze for up to 3 months.
- Let thaw at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving.
