This flourless protein brownie mug cake is the ultimate treat for your diet. With no flour and no eggs, this 1 minute protein brownie is low calorie, keto and gluten-free.
20grams (1/4 cup)protein powder (whey, see notes*)
15grams (1 1/2 tbsp)cocoa powder
1/2 to 1tbspgranular sweetener (erythritol, to taste)
1/2 to 1tbspwater or milk (see notes*)

In a microwave safe mug, stir the Greek yogurt with protein powder, cocoa powder, granular sweetener and water (or milk). Mix well, until all ingredients are combined and the brownie batter has become smooth - if necessary, add more water or milk (based on the protein powder used, see notes*). If you desire, top with chocolate chips.
Microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or bake in hot oven at 180°C (350°F) for around 10 minutes. Do not overcook or over-bake, otherwise the brownie will turn out dry.
