canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

egg

oat flour (or preferred flour)
salt (to taste)
Pizza Topping

shredded mozzarella cheese
a drizzle of
olive oil
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Drain and rinse canned chickpeas, then add to a blender together with egg, oat flour and salt. Process until you get a smooth dough.
Transfer chickpea pizza dough over a sheet of baking paper, then with the help of your hands shape into a thin pizza.
Spread pizza sauce over the crust and sprinkle on shredded mozzarella cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake in hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the pizza crust is golden baked.
