Banana Milk

- 1 ripe banana best if frozen, sliced
- 1 cup (240 ml) nondairy milk or dairy milk, I used almond milk
Optional Ingredients
- ½ to 1 tbsp maple syrup if necessary, to taste
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
Place sliced banana and milk into a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve banana milk immediately, or keep stored in the fridge for a maximum of 2 days. Give it a good shake before serving, if you store it.
