grams (1 heaping tbsp)
peanut butter

grams (1 heaping tbsp)
maple syrup

grams (1/3 cup)
oat flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (360ºF).
In a bowl, combine the oat flour together with peanut butter and maple syrup.
Knead the dough until soft, then shape one cookie and decorate with chocolate chips, if you desire.
Bake in hot oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
Notes
If you use unsalted peanut butter I recommend adding to the cookie dough a pinch of salt.
