Free Initial Consultation (for ALL clients)

Before committing to a coaching plan, we’ll start with a free 30-minute initial consultation to discuss your goals and determine the best path forward.

  2. 🔹 Step 2: Within 2 days, I’ll contact you via email to schedule a free 30-minute initial call.
  3. 🔹 Step 3: If you decide to continue, we’ll move forward with your chosen coaching plan.

One-Time Coaching Session (perfect for strategy)

For those who need a clear strategy and expert advice but prefer to work independently.

  1. 🔹 Step 1: Fill out the intake form with details about your diet, lifestyle, and goals.
  2. 🔹 Step 2: I’ll review your information and, after your free initial call, we’ll schedule a 90-minute coaching session where we’ll dive into your specific challenges and develop a practical plan.
  3. 🔹 Step 3: Within 2 days, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your goals.
  4. 🔹 Step 4: One month later, we’ll have a 15-minute follow-up call to track your progress. If you need more support, you can book another session or upgrade to monthly coaching.

Monthly Coaching Plan (best for long-term success)

If you’re ready for a real transformation, this program provides ongoing, hands-on support to help you stay on track.
