Smooth and delicate, this matcha yogurt bowl is perfect for a delicious breakfast or snack that is healthy and high protein. So easy that you only need 3 ingredients and 2 minutes of your day!
One thing about me is that I am a huge matcha lover. From tea to tiramisu and even cookies, I am addicted to anything matcha. Interestingly, my obsession with matcha is pretty recent as I first tried it at the age of 19, in August 2019. Back then I was on a solo trip in Tokyo when, eager to make new experiences, I got a single serve carton of matcha soy milk.
Curious as a cat, I took the cold carton in my hands, inserted the straw and had my first sip. It was subtly sweet and so delicate that I couldn’t resist having more. Sip after sip, it finished so quickly that I got another carton. And indeed, I left Japan with a luggage full of matcha powder. So I could have it at home as well, every time I wanted.
Amongst all the recipes I have tried, this matcha yogurt bowl is probably my favorite. Healthy and packed with protein, this matcha bowl is incredibly smooth, creamy and delicious. What is more, this recipe is so quick and simple that it comes together in a bowl in just 2 minutes!
