For those seeking initial guidance and a clear direction, I provide one-time coaching sessions designed to offer you actionable steps. However, if you’re truly committed to transforming your life, we can work together through a long-term, monthly coaching program that focuses on achieving real, lasting change and reaching your full potential. Here’s how each option works:
One-time Coaching Session
- First, you will fill out the intake form, which will cover important background information, such as your current diet, lifestyle, challenges, and goals.
- After receiving the completed form, I’ll contact you to schedule our first session. Before then, I will analyze your situation to tailor a solution that fits your specific needs.
- During our 90 minute coaching session, we’ll dive deep into your current situation, struggles, and future goals. Together, we’ll develop a practical, sustainable plan of action to improve your overall lifestyle.
- Following our meeting, within 2 days you’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan aligned with your goals.
- One month later, we’ll have a 15-minute follow-up call to assess your progress. At that point, if desired you can choose to book another one-time session or upgrade to the monthly coaching program for long term in-depth support.
Monthly Coaching Plan

- We’ll start with a 90 minute initial session where we’ll discuss your current situation in detail and identify a clear path forward. Within 2 days, I’ll email you a personalized plan based on our conversation.
- Two weeks later, we’ll have a 45-minute follow-up meeting to evaluate your progress and make any necessary adjustments to the strategy.
- Each month, we’ll have a 90 minute online meeting to reassess and create a new, updated plan that aligns with your evolving goals.
During our work together, you will also have ongoing support via WhatsApp, where you can reach out directly to me for guidance or questions.

You choose. As a nutrition coach, I believe that calorie counting is not strictly necessary for everyone. In some situations, it is not ideal either. Together we will work on improving your diet and achieving your goals through conscious food decisions and behavioral changes. If you find that macro tracking suits you well and gives you a sense of security, however, I’ll be providing you with precise daily targets tailored to your unique needs. In our first coaching session, we will together determine what is your preferred strategy.
My program is perfect for fat loss, depending on your individual needs and goals. But one key factor here is that it’s not about restrictive diets or quick fixes. We focus on a long-term process that ensures sustainable, healthy fat loss without crash diets or deprivation. This approach is effective in bringing results that last, while improving overall well-being through better nutrition and lifestyle choices.
