- 1 lb (450 g) turkey steaks preferably thin
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- ½ tsp salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper or to taste
Optional Seasonings
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Pan-Fried Turkey Steaks
Heat a stainless steel skillet over high heat and add a little olive oil.
Sear the turkey steaks on high for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The inside should be no longer pink.
Baked Turkey Steaks
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the steaks on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Air Fryer Turkey Steaks
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the turkey cutlets in the air fryer basket, spray with little oil and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
Storage & reheating
- To store: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- To freeze: Wrap cooked turkey steaks in foil or plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
- To reheat: Warm in a skillet over low heat, in the oven at 300°F (150°C), or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
