Ingredients

Basic Protein Shake Recipe

  • 30 grams (1 scoop) protein powder whey, casein, vegan protein powder
  • 60 grams (¼ cup) Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana or 1 cup frozen fruit of choice
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) milk of choice

Chocolate Protein Shake

Venilla Protein Shake
