- 30 grams (1 scoop) protein powder whey, casein, vegan protein powder
- 60 grams (¼ cup) Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 frozen banana or 1 cup frozen fruit of choice
- 180 ml (¾ cup) milk of choice
Chocolate Protein Shake

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
