- 150 grams (1 ½ cup) rolled oats
- 30 grams (¼ cup) cocoa powder
- 120 grams (½ cup) nut butter peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter
- 80 grams (⅓ cup) maple syrup or honey
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats with cocoa powder, maple syrup and nut butter. Stir well until you get a soft dough, first with a fork and then using your hands.
Shape the cookies and place over a baking tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
