- 3 large bananas ripe
- 120 grams (½ cup) creamy nut butter peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter
- 50 grams (½ cup) cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin mold with muffin liners.
In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas. When they are completely mashed, add nut butter and stir the mixture until smooth. Add in the cocoa powder and give it a good mix, until you get a smooth batter.
Fill ⅔ of each cupcake liner with the batter and bake in hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Make sure you do not overbake the banana muffins; they are ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
