Ingredients

  • 25 grams (1 scoop) protein powder
  • 15 grams (2 tbsp) oat flour
  • 10 grams (1 1/2 tbsp) cocoa powder
  • 2 to 6 tbsp milk of choice
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine protein powder with oat flour and cocoa powder. Pour in a drop of milk, and gradually add more until you get a smooth brownie batter consistency (milk quantity depends on protein powder, see notes*). Optionally, stir in some chocolate chips.
  • Once ready, serve your protein brownie batter directly or seal and refrigerate for a maximum of 3 days.

Notes

  • This recipe uses chocolate soy protein powder. You can use any protein powder you like: vegan, whey, casein or a mix of whey and casein. However, based on the protein powder choice your brownie batter will require different amounts of milk: less for whey and more for vegan protein powder or casein.
  • As this recipe uses chocolate flavored protein powder, there is no need for additional sweeteners. If you prepare your brownie batter with unflavored protein powder instead, you will need to adjust the taste with additional sweeteners (such as maple syrup, honey, erythritol, etc.).
