With the aid of a rolling pin and your hands, shape into about a 15 cm (6-inch) round (with edges thicker than center), sprinkling some more flour if it gets sticky.
Spread pizza sauce over the Greek yogurt crust and sprinkle on shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the pizza crust is golden baked.
