- 120 grams (1 cup) all-purposes flour (plus more for dusting)
- 120 grams (1/3 cup 1 tbsp) firm Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch sea salt
Pizza Topping
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce (see notes for details*)
- 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese (low fat)
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl combine all-purposes flour, Greek Yogurt, olive oil, baking powder and pinch sea salt. Quickly stir until it comes to form a dough (add more flour if it is sticky or more Greek yogurt if dough is too dry).
Transfer Greek yogurt pizza dough over a clean floured surface and knead to form a soft dough ball.
With the aid of a rolling pin and your hands, shape into about a 15 cm (6-inch) round (with edges thicker than center), sprinkling some more flour if it gets sticky.
Spread pizza sauce over the Greek yogurt crust and sprinkle on shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the pizza crust is golden baked.

- For pizza sauce, combine tomato sauce with a drizzle olive oil, pinch salt and a hint of oregano, garlic powder, onion powder each (to taste).
