Dole Whip

This homemade Dole Whip is the perfect healthy treat for a hot Summer day. Made with just 3 ingredients, this Disney pineapple Dole whip recipe is quick and easy. Kids and adults will all love it!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

  • Add frozen pineapple chunks, milk and lemon juice to a food processor or high speed blender. If desired, you can add vanilla extract and some sweetener to taste. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Serve immediately as a soft serve dessert or as a snack.

How to make swirled Dole whip?

  • After blending, feeze the pineapple dole mixture for at least 30 minutes. Transfer it to a pastry bag with star tip and swirl it out into a bowl.

Notes

You can make copycat Dole Whip either with fresh pineapple or with canned pineapple, cut into chunks before freezing. In case you use canned pineapple, be sure to drain all the liquid out from the can before you freeze it.
