- ½ cup (110 grams) mayonnaise see notes for Greek yogurt option*
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp minced onion I recommend yellow onion
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- ½ tsp white vine vinegar
- ½ tsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Optional Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Fresh dressing replace with ketchup or barbecue sauce
Mince the onion very finely.
Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and give a good stir, until you get a creamy sauce.
Refrigerate homemade Big Mac sauce for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
