This easy Big Mac Salad tastes like a juicy McDonald's burger, but healthy, low carb and keto. Drizzled with homemade Big Mac sauce, this meaty salad will satisfy your cravings and keep you full hours.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
When hot, add the lean ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic powder to the pan. Cook until the beef is browned, then adjust with salt and pepper to taste if needed. Set aside and let cool while assembling the salad.
