- 250 grams (½ lb) salmon fillets skinless and boneless
- cooking spray or oil spray
Salmon Marinade
- 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- 1/2 to 1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce, to taste
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste, optional
Cut Salmon into Bites
Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1-inch pieces, and place in a bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, honey and garlic powder.
Pour the marinade over the fish and toss to coat all salmon bites.
Air Fry Salmon Bites
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or olive oil.
Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch each other. Spray more oil over the fish bites.
Cook the salmon bites in hot air fryer for 7 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Check for doneness. The salmon bites should be golden brown and crispy on the outside while still juicy and tender on the inside.
Serve
Once cooked, carefully remove the salmon bites from the air fryer. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, a sprinkle of chopped parsley, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or lime juice.
