Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 250°F (120°C), see notes if your air fryer only goes down to 300°F.
  • Place eggs in the air fryer basket, in a single layer so that they won't overlap. Cook 12 minutes for a softer texture to 16 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Adjust cooking time according to your air fryer, some are more powerful.
  • Once air fried, transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with cold water and ice cubes. This stops the cooking process and ensures that eggs will peel easily.

Notes

If your air fryer only goes down to 300°F (150°C), reduce cooking time to about 9 minutes for softer eggs and 12 minutes for hard boiled eggs.
