Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potato

- 2 medium sweet potatoes 6 ounces each
- 2 tsp olive oil
- sprinkle of sea salt to taste
Wash sweet potatoes under running water to remove any dirt and impurity. Transfer to a clean kitchen towel and pat them dry. Do not remove the skin.
With the help of a fork, poke three to four holes on each side of the sweet potatoes. Rub the potato skin with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Transfer potatoes to the air fryer basket and air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 35 to 45 minutes, or until tender inside.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as butter, salt and pepper.

- Make sure you pierce potatoes to prevent them from bursting while cooking.
- There is no need to wrap sweet potatoes in foil before air frying.
- Cooking times may vary depending on the size of your sweet potato. Larger potatoes will require more time.
