Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 25 grams (⅓ cup) oat flour sub with almond flour or protein powder
  • 20 grams (1 ½ tbsp) nut butter peanut, almond, cashew

Optional Ingredients

  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Start by mashing in a bowl the ripe banana, then combine with oat flour and nut butter (optionally add cinnamon, vanilla, pinch of salt and chocolate chips). Stir well, until you get a smooth dough - depending on the size of the banana, your recipe may need more nut butter if too thick or more oat flour if too sticky.
  • Serve directly with chocolate chips, if you desire. Or cover the bowl and keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days.
