- 1 ripe banana
- 25 grams (⅓ cup) oat flour sub with almond flour or protein powder
- 20 grams (1 ½ tbsp) nut butter peanut, almond, cashew
Optional Ingredients
- ⅓ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- chocolate chips
Start by mashing in a bowl the ripe banana, then combine with oat flour and nut butter (optionally add cinnamon, vanilla, pinch of salt and chocolate chips). Stir well, until you get a smooth dough - depending on the size of the banana, your recipe may need more nut butter if too thick or more oat flour if too sticky.
Serve directly with chocolate chips, if you desire. Or cover the bowl and keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days.
