- 125 grams (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
- 15 grams (2 tbsp) protein powder (see notes*)
- 1 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice (see notes*)
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 to 3 tbsp milk of choice (to consistency, see notes*)
Keto Cinnamon Sugar Topping
- 1/2 tsp granulated sweetener of choice (see notes*)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
In a mixing bowl add Greek yogurt, protein powder, liquid sweetener and ground cinnamon.
Pour into the bowl 1 tablespoon milk and stir the cinnamon roll dip mixture until creamy - adding as many as 3 tablespoons milk to consistency (see notes*)
Keto Cinnamon Sugar Topping
In a small mixing bowl stir together granulated sweetener and ground cinnamon.
Sprinkle keto cinnamon sugar over Greek yogurt dip.
Serve cinnamon roll protein dip right away or seal and keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- For this cinnamon roll protein dip you can utilize your favorite protein powder - either Whey protein powder or plant based protein powders. This Greek yogurt dip can be prepared with unflavored, vanilla flavored or cinnamon (roll) flavored protein powder.
- This recipe uses sugar-free fiber syrup but you can replace with your favorite liquid sweetener – maple syrup, agave syrup, honey, date syrup or sugar-free syrup - or granulated sweetener - erythritol, xylitol, stevia, coconut sugar or brown sugar.
- The amount of milk depends on the protein powder that you are using to make this cinnamon roll dip – start with 1 tbsp and add as many as 3 tbsp milk until your protein dip gets creamy. Whey protein powder requires less milk than plant based alternatives.
