Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumbers also known as seedless cucumbers, sliced
  • ⅓ red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped

Sour Cream Dressing

  • ½ cup (125 g) sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • ⅙ tsp garlic powder optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add sour cream, apple cider vinegar, chopped dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a large bowl. Whisk all ingredients together until you get a smooth cream.
  2. Add sliced English cucumbers and onions to the cream and gently stir to coat the vegetables with cream. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper to your likings.
  3. Serve fresh for the best taste and a crunchy texture, or refrigerate in a food container for up to 2 days.
